So.. when I ordered a new 7000 grooming cutting head I didn't know that Philips have a blacksmith which took a week to forge the product, then it was sent from the mountains where blacksmith man lived with the help of mules to my address, hasn't arrived after almost a month ..

This is coming from a loyal Philips customer who has never had any issues with any items before. Philips you have lost my custom forever and will make sure all my family and friends know that the warranties you give are not worth the paper it is written on and your customer service/tech staff do not have a clue what they are doing or saying. At one stage I was even called a liar until I got an apology when I informed them I was recording the phone conversation. I have continually asked about their complaints procedure but it seems they do not have any as they have refused answering or sending me their policy. I would give no stars if I could. keep away from Philips they are a disgrace. I do not think anybody from Philips read the reviews as they have not replied to the numerous other complaints against them. As another reviewer has already stated you are a bunch of donkeys!!!

My order has been wondering around in a black hole for over 2 weeks now, I have called numerous times but keep getting told wait patiently while my package clears customs which it has done every 2 days for the past 2 weeks (according to ups tracking progress). The customs clearance may not be directly Philips fault but the lack of concern and lack of willingness to follow up with shipping is a problem. They do not have a uk warehouse which is problematic so i would recommend sourcing their products locally because if you run into a problem they will not help you.

Worst tv I’ve ever bought in my life so slow to do anything the only thing good on it is the ambilight so instead of a tv I have a huge lamp

The brush heads for my new facial cleanser have been discontinued, as will the product itself be soon. I've been told by a very robotic agent that I need to call some warehouse if I want a replacement brush headand maybe I'll get lucky, because apparently at Philips it's the dark ages. They shouldn't be selling the product if the accessories aren't available. I would never have purchased it if they were transparent about this.

Reported beard trimmer broken 5 weeks ago, they said no need to collect it will receive new one in two weeks, needless to say that never happened, 5 weeks later even after speaking to senior managers they still have not collected faulty beard trimmer or refunded me. Stay away from Philips, even their reviews on the website say their trimmers are badly designed. Not impressed

Where do I start motion styles they encure horizontal bands or lines philips customer services are a joke passed between them and equinox another joke of a company then they decide to send a amazon firestick till they apparently fix the issues with a software update already being told that it could be hardware by a equinox engineer if u turn motion styles off problem goes but then bam 60hz stutter I know more about tvs than there service department and there service engineers and I'm unemployed that's how messed up this country is edit and update philips have since contacted me and offered me an oled as an apology I have to say they have been brilliant since I wrote this and this is a obvious error by there service provider and I will update again once oled arrives

I love the ambilight and image quality of my Philips 55oled804, but I wouldn't buy another because -1) A recent firmware update has changed the way the remote control can change video source, preventing Logitech Harmony remotes from working with Philips TVs. This leads to my not being able to use my surround system, freesat box, bluray player easily with the TV.2) The screen saver keeps on kicking-in when watching iPlayer.

Recently purchased a Philips tv. I foolishly read the reviews after my purchase. I noticed a lot were saying about how difficult it was to assemble the feet, I ignored the reviews-how hard can it be, right? It turns out it was pretty much impossible. I ruined 3 screw drivers and had to go out to purchase a new screw driver and screws part way through the 4 hours it took me to put the 4 screws in!!! The tops of the screws were completely ruined. The job was so hard to do that I ended up with a blister and ripped skin in the palm of my hand. After managing to get the screws in as far as possible the tv was not stable. The screws were ruined at this point so my new tv which I spent hundreds on it now held in place by elastic bands! I contacted Philips and told them I was not expecting compensation for the additional products I purchased and my ruined belongings (I know, a bit too reasonable). Philips response “yits (sic) strange you can’t assemble the TV correctly”. I responded and it has now been 4 days without a reply. Hideous customer service. I do not want to review the tv on the website I purchased it from (currys) as their customer service was absolutely perfect.

one of the excellent customer services in the world

@PhilipsCare Sent a £520 Perfect Care Elite Plus Steam Iron back due to fault but on its return was scratched. Customer care team(?) denied responsibility but accepted back. On return iron damaged worse than original fault! Philips refused to replace so contacted ombudsman. ?☹️

Sent a RRP £520 Perfect Care Elite Plus Steam Iron back due to fault but on its return was scratched. Customer care team(?) denied responsibility but accepted back. On return iron damaged worse than original fault! Philips refused to replace so contacted ombudsman yesterday as no response to a recorded letter signed for by Philips! Dreadful treatment.

Sold me a faulty device and keep promising to refund it - they never did. I ended up calling the bank!
